1. How can I track my order?
You can track your order status at any time by logging into your account. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipment with the package tracking number.
2. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel an order if it has not been dispatched yet. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible via the Contact Us page.
3. Can I try on before purchasing?
Use our step‑by‑step "Find Your Size" guide to purchase the right size. If your order does not fit well, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details.
4. How do I request a return or exchange?
Submit a request through our Returns Center. Further instructions will be sent once the request has been reviewed and approved. Unless there is a product quality issue, one exchange per order is allowed.
5. How long does a refund take?
After we receive your returned item(s) and confirm eligibility, your refund will be processed and completed within 2 business days. The time to reach your account depends on your bank or payment platform operations.
6. What is the delivery lead time?
Delivery lead times depend on destination. Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan: typically 2–3 business days. Singapore and Malaysia: up to 7 business days.
7. My region isn’t available — what can I do?
If your shipping region is outside our online store options, please email us your order enquiry directly and we will try to arrange an alternative shipping method.
